一位好的 mentor 是創造好的人才背後不可或缺的推手，目前的教育體制裡面一直都只有老師到角色而沒有 mentor 的角色，這兩者的差別在於一個是著重在於「授業」而一個是著重在於「引導」，必須要能引導出學生自我探索的能力才有機會變成好的人才，我們透過環境建立與氛圍營造來重新定義教育的本質。
