What are the interns of Code for Japan doing?
abstract
I guess there aren't many Code for communities or civic tech communities that hire interns. But in Japan, there are 6 students interns hired by Code for Japan. I'm going to give a presentation about what the student interns of Code for Japan are doing, are working.
Furthermore, I'm going to introduce the civic tech award that we interns are planning, named "Civic tech Challenge Cup U-22". The winner team of this contest “Civichat” will give presentation about their product.
Chief of Staff of g0v jothon, Co-chair of g0v Summit 2020. She is general coordinator of g0v Hackathon, infrathon, g0v CivicTech Prototype Grant and Sch001.
A high school student working as an intern at Code for Japan. I'm going to speak about our jobs and Civictech Challenge Cup U-22.
We are the winners of the Civictech Challenge Cup U-22, 'Civichat'. All members of this team are students, but we built our product entirely online, despite the restrictions on face-to-face work due to COVID-19. The winning entry was called "Civichat", which allows users to find out about the public system that suits them on line.
In this presentation, we will talk about the current state of Japan's public system and its solutions, as well as the "interface of government" that Civichat aims to create.
